What are GT kids' instructional needs?

  • quick assessment
  • give your opinion
  • I like it for the more open ended questions where you want to track who said what
  • emotional response, get their feelings very quickly
  • respond to questions during a movie
  • literature circles or writers workshop
  • any type of class discussion, where students can give you their opinion
  • team work - couple kids on computer & keeps identity secure (team 1, team 2, etc)

  • gliffy is a step up from exploratree - more choices

  • anything in social studies
  • dipity is great for fifth grade "History Alive".
  • alternative to a daily journal
  • notes for what happened in class today
